The hotel is well situated in the heart of Dublin City. Excellent for visiting local entertainment, eating out & shopping
Great central location. Good comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast.
No residents bar, hence early closing during week nights. Limited room service after 9.30pm. Car parking cannot be pre-booked & is let on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Had to park car in a shopping centre high rise recommended by the hotel but it was a 10 min walk away and cost €20 for 2 nights - this was a discounted rate agreed with the hotel & car park provider.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was the.bar and the food in it and location,
The room was not what it showed in photos when booking it. Staff so rude when we checked in,thought there was a car park when we got there it was full, tap in bathroom not working properly.
Thought the hotel was very clean and comfortable and ideally placed for all the local attractions!! We had a fab time.
It was so central and the entertainment was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming
The staff were distracted and under pressure and i noted that they didnt write down orders only trying to remember them and to be fair it was an extremely busy weekend which resulted in alot of delays. also at breakfast the head of the breakfast room could have done with alot more help in dealing with the breakfast rush.
Excellent location by the side or the River Liffey and within just a few minutes walk of Temple Bar and O'Connell Street
Airconditioning units on the roof at level one can be quite noisy at night.
Where the Hotel was situated, the friendly staff & the overall appearance & cleanliness. Entertainment & food very good.
The Hotel room was very hot making it uncomfortable to sleep. Would be better with air conditioning.
staff very friendly and helpful, especially eva, location was excellent and was very reasonable rate, rooms basic but clean and comfortable, would staff here agin without hestitation.
was noisy at night, wouldnt be suitable for an early nights sleep.
Just the location in the city
Front desk staff were rude on check in and we had a problem with our cards for access to the lifts and our rooms. The hotel receptionist was having an argument with a member of staff on the phone which I reckon was not for guests ears!!!! Also the doorman's attitude to us when we returned after a show was far below standard it was like trying to get into prison. The breakfast room was drab and dreary and very poor service. I didn't like the food at all.........bread was just thrown around and very poor quality food. The music could be heard from our room 309 which is the third floor and towards back of hotel. Would not stay here again and the rates are pure rip off Ireland!!!! 178 for one night b&b - can get three nights in any other european city for that!!!!!
Staff, price and location
Busy in Knightsbridge but Sinatra bar was a haven
my room was baisic and clean ,but very noisy as it was at the back of the hotel.
We loved everything about this hotel and it's location. Have been to Dublin several times and always had a drink here but it wasn`t till it was recommended to us that we decided to stay here. From the minute you walked through the doors the staff were so friendly. The room and it`s daily housekeeping was first class. Dining room staff and bar staff could not have been friendlier. The food was fabulous.Just loved the atmosphere. We will most certainly stay here again!
Loved everything about it1
Have been before and is just as good now as is was last time really love it there
Its a lively hotel unfortunately we didnt get to see the irish show, but maybe next time. The staff were very helpful.
We were on the 3rd floor, and could still hear the music and revelers outside. (We did have the windows opened though!)
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. A little noisy at night because of traffic but to be expected in city centre
Everything was fine
